Class Reservations and Cancellations

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:

Cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to the start of class (2 hours for Diamond Club members) to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no shows after the cutoff period shall result in either (a) the loss of the class for clients with class packs or (b) a charge of $15 to your account for clients with unlimited packages and memberships. 

LATE ARRIVALS:

TRX/MASHUP: For your safety and the flow of class, NO late entry will be allowed into these classes. (NEW CLIENTS must arrive 10 minutes early for a strap demo.)

BARRE: Please arrive a few minutes before class starts. If you are running late, please call the studio and let them know or your space in class may be given away to a standby client. For your safety and the courtesy of other clients, no entry after 10 minutes will be allowed.

WAITLISTS:

Reserving a space on the waitlist is encouraged and treated the same as reserving a space in the class. Waitlisted clients will be automatically added to the class as spaces become available. Please remove yourself if you can no longer make the class, otherwise you are subject to a no show fee. Diamond Club members have priority and will be moved to the top of the waitlist.

All class participants must be at least 13 years old.
